New Mentorship Program Now Available for CAWIC Members 

CAWIC is launching its new Mentorship Program designed to connect experienced professionals with emerging talent in the construction industry. This initiative aims to foster growth, share knowledge, and build a strong network to support women as they advance in their careers. 

The CAWIC Mentorship Program is designed to empower women in the construction industry through guidance, support, and shared expertise. This program will foster meaningful relationships between experienced professionals and emerging leaders, creating a collaborative network for success. By providing mentorship opportunities, the program helps participants navigate career challenges, enhance skills, and achieve professional goals.

The pilot program is now live. If you would like to be part of the pilot, please click here to sign up. Any CAWIC member can become a mentor or mentee.
