Wednesday, September 17, 2025
1:00 p.m.
Join Audrey Hlembizky, CEO of TeamsynerG Global Consulting and creator of Whole-Person Safety, and Alicia Woods, CEO and Founder of Covergalls, as they bring together two critical lenses of workplace safety. This powerful conversation will challenge assumptions, expose the hidden barriers that compromise women’s safety, and provide actionable strategies for leaders committed to building environments where women not only belong, but thrive.
- Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of:
- The three dimensions of safety, emotional, psychological, and physical and why they must exist together to create Whole-Person Protection.
- How PPE, when not designed inclusively, becomes a psychosocial risk that impacts both safety, dignity and mental health.
- A reflective tool to assess women’s safety, dignity, and mental health in the workplace.
