Meet Madhu
My name is Madhu Khan-Thakuri, and I am a Regional Manager at Xradar, as well as a hands-on concrete scanning technician.

I am proud to be the first woman of color manager at my company in Alberta and one of the youngest in my role. Working in the construction industry as a minority and a young professional, I have encountered a wide range of experiences and challenges. I am eager to share these insights and highlight the importance of diversity, representation, and inclusion in construction.
