Julie Zabizewski is a dedicated leader in construction management and strategy with over 15 years of experience helping teams and organizations thrive. As Vice President of Strategy at Vestacon Limited, she champions initiatives that prioritize people, foster business growth, and create sustainable impact across the Greater Toronto and Vancouver markets. Julie’s passion for building strong, supportive communities has been a cornerstone of her career.

A past CAWIC Board Director, she has remained deeply connected to the association, supporting events, mentoring women in the industry, and advocating for greater opportunities and representation across all levels of construction.  An Executive MBA graduate from Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, as well as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and LEED Green Associate, Julie brings a collaborative and forward-thinking approach to leadership.

She believes in the power of connection, mentorship, and collective progress to create meaningful change. Julie is eager to help continue building a vibrant, inclusive future for women in construction across Canada.
