Effervescent Brain: A Revelation for High-Achieving Women

Many women are being diagnosed with ADHD later as adults, often after years of masking and pushing themselves to meet neurotypical expectations. This constant effort can lead to imposter syndrome, anxiety, and a deep sense of inadequacy. But ADHD can be a strength, especially in entrepreneurship. It might be that a woman who is trying to “fit” into a socially accepted job and not finding meaning is because she has undiagnosed ADHD and ‘belongs’ as a “passionate and purpose-driven female entrepreneur”.

Meet Vicki: 

Vicki is a vibrant force of creativity and connection—an entrepreneur, speaker, and performer who brings energy and authenticity to every stage she steps on. As the founder of The Company YOU and a Kolbe™ Certified Consultant, she empowers individuals and teams to discover and lean into their unique strengths. With a background in drama, education, and human development, her journey was powerfully reframed by an ADHD diagnosis at 51.

Vicki is passionate about igniting growth, celebrating authenticity, and helping others embrace what makes them extraordinary. Her newest role as Production Coordinator for Theatre Woodstock allows her to live her best life, blending her love of performance and people with her ongoing work as a career and team development coach. Proud wife to a firefighter millwright and mom to two amazing sons (20 and 16), Vicki continues to break barriers at home, in the workplace, and on every stage she graces.
