Tools for Transformation!

Over three incredible days, construction professionals, industry leaders, advocates, and changemakers came together to connect, share ideas, celebrate achievements, and explore new opportunities to advance women in Canada’s construction industry.

From inspiring keynote presentations and engaging breakout sessions to meaningful networking opportunities, our opening reception, and gala celebrations, the conference was filled with memorable moments and conversations that will continue well beyond the event.

A heartfelt thank you to our attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, volunteers, and everyone who helped make this year’s conference such a success. Your enthusiasm, support, and commitment to building a stronger, more inclusive construction industry are what make the CAWIC community so special.
