Kristen Hallberg is an Innovation Product & Solutions Manager for United Rentals, where she leads sales & marketing strategies, project management, and product development for specialty groups within North America. She strives to identify industry and economic trends that impact business, to create strategies for long term value for her team, customers, organization, and associations.

From the very start of her career, Kristen’s eye for finding efficiencies and streamlining processes lead her to grow her role from Business System analyst to Branch Manager. Kristen’s keen ability to create efficient plans and execute them garnered her a role as Director of Major Projects. Having been a woman in construction for entire career, she continuously promotes and empowers women to be leaders in the industry by being the Resource Group Leader in Western Canada for Women United.

Kristen is overflowing with creative and innovative ideas and is continuously looking to create platforms for women to be their own leaders. Kristen is very active inside her organization and in the community to influence change and move to a more diverse and inclusive industry. As an active member with CAWIC since 2020 and as the Chair for the Western Canada Chapter, Kristen has been connecting the network of associations, schools, government funded groups and the women in the workforce who all have a similar vision for CAWIC to be the national voice for our industry.
