Sales Coordinator – Northern Mat and Bridge

Reporting to the Manager Business Development, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for the overall administration needs in the sales department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Job Requests & Job Registry maintenance
  • Hotel & Flight bookings
  • Approvals
  • Trade Show bookings & attendance
  • Maintaining quote tracking
  • Providing weekly sales reports
  • Organizing rental agreements
  • Travel
  • Bridge & Mat Quote Generators (formatting and maintaining)
  • Marketing / PowerPoint Presentations / Market Research
  • Other duties as required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to be discrete and maintain high levels of confidentiality
  • Demonstrated communication skills, including oral, written, networking and relationship building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Ability to travel
  • Effective problem solving and conflict management skills

Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 to 4 years of administration in a sales driven culture
  • Research & Marketing background an asset
  • Bilingual in English & French is a must
  • Excellent Micro Soft skill set, with a preference in excel and power point
  • Customer service experience
  • Bridge and Matting product knowledge an asset
  • Construction Industry knowledge a must

Education Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in business/sales an asset
  • Clean Driving Abstract/License
