Reporting to the Manager Business Development, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for the overall administration needs in the sales department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Job Requests & Job Registry maintenance
- Hotel & Flight bookings
- Approvals
- Trade Show bookings & attendance
- Maintaining quote tracking
- Providing weekly sales reports
- Organizing rental agreements
- Travel
- Bridge & Mat Quote Generators (formatting and maintaining)
- Marketing / PowerPoint Presentations / Market Research
- Other duties as required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to be discrete and maintain high levels of confidentiality
- Demonstrated communication skills, including oral, written, networking and relationship building skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Ability to travel
- Effective problem solving and conflict management skills
Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 to 4 years of administration in a sales driven culture
- Research & Marketing background an asset
- Bilingual in English & French is a must
- Excellent Micro Soft skill set, with a preference in excel and power point
- Customer service experience
- Bridge and Matting product knowledge an asset
- Construction Industry knowledge a must
Education Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in business/sales an asset
- Clean Driving Abstract/License
