CAWIC Return Policy

Wishing to Return Products Purchased from CAWIC Online?

Due to the nature of the products and services available online at www.cawic.ca, all sales are final.

For Online Membership Signups and Renewals: As per Government of Ontario regulations, members have a mandatory 10 day cooling off period with which to cancel their purchase and receive a refund. After the 10 day period, no refunds will be given.

All requests for cancellations of charges during this 10 day period must be made in writing to;

For Online Product Sales: Products purchased from the CAWIC store online are final sale. Exchanges will be granted for defective products. Customer pays all shipping and handling charges.

For Event Registrations: All registrations for events are non-refundable. In the event of an emergency, substitutions may be accepted, but not guaranteed.
