This was an inspiring, motivating and informative session with Kendra Reddy, Executive Director of Blueprint Strategies Inc., a Management Consulting firm. Blueprint Strategies provides support and guidance to assist leaders and emerging leaders in the successful achievement of career goals, and this session was specifically designed for CAWIC members and guests!

This session provided information and strategies on how to build a strong personal brand, discover and develop individual leadership styles and maximize the professional traits unique to women.  More specifically, Kendra addressed the following topics:

1. Being the green goldfish (aka understanding and differentiating your brand)
2. Making meaningful connections – building relationships with men AND women
3. How to toot your own horn without blowing it – powerful communications
4. Tips for becoming a career leader

The session was followed by a question period and networking.
